- These terms of business are between Little Mote Studio (LMS) and the course participant (the attendee).
- Payment for the full course must be made in advance prior to commencement either by payment from the attendee or a gift voucher.
- Refunds will be made as long as the attendee advises LMS with a minimum of fourteen days notice prior to the scheduled date of the class.
- Refunds or part refunds will be made if LMS is unable to fulfil its obligations to provide the course on the agreed date or a suitable alternative date.
- Gift vouchers must be paid for in full prior to despatch an a not refundable except where LMS cannot make a place available within 12 months of purchase.
- The attendee must wear suitable clothing and shoes (no open toed sandals) to all courses run by LMS.
- The attendee must adhere to reasonable instruction with regard to health and safety while on LMS property.
- The attendee must be prepared to accept reasonable direction with regard to the nature and type of work being undertaken during the course.
- LMS accepts no liability for damage caused by clay or other substances getting onto attendees clothing or possessions.
- LMS accepts no liability accept in accordance with the law for accident or injury or damage to the attendee unless caused by the negligence of LMS.
- The cost of glazing and firing will be included in the price. Clay will be charges at £1.00 per 100g.
- Course schedules may alter due to public holidays or unforeseen events. In these circumstances an alternative date will be arranged.
- LMS reserves the right to cancel and refund an attendee’s place on the course, if LMS considers that the attendee’s continued presence will have a negative impact on LMS or other attendees.
